At Essaint, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If there’s any issue with your item, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- The size does not fit
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are still intact
Refunds
Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item has a manufacturing defect
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Size issues after use
- Change of mind
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

- Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on the case
- Essaint reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds that do not meet the conditions above
