Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery across Lebanon typically takes 2–5 working days from the time your order is confirmed.

On occasion, delivery may take slightly longer  during peak periods, public holidays, or when the courier network is experiencing delays. If we expect your order to fall outside the usual window, we will contact you directly.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping is offered during selected campaigns and promotions.

Order confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out if anything needs clarifying sizing, availability, or delivery details.

Tracking and delivery
Delivery updates are shared through the courier service where available. Please make sure your phone number and address are entered correctly, as incorrect details are the most common cause of delay.

Failed deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you, or the delivery information provided is incorrect, your order may be delayed or returned to us. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
